Much appreciated Justin. I guess all I can really say is I don't mind waiting a little longer, because MOGS, and Mark have shown me that you're all about quality. I rather a job done right, than a rushed half assed job. Plus I've come to trust your service, and am proudly a regular customer due to your great business ethic, which is saying a lot considering all the scam artists out there that will risk account banning, never answer a question, sometime steal accounts or worse stoop to identity theft. If the MMO industry had the good sense to legitimize your form of business you would surely be the number 1 go to service on the market. Mark has been great, and has always answered any questions I've had. Even questions that have regarded general gameplay that had nothing to do with my order. It's that kind of polite customer service that keeps me coming back. Mark is great at what he does, and seems to pride himself on his effeciancy in SWG. He certainly has earned that right to pride himself on it because he's just that good. I even gave him a small tip the last time we had a major transaction because he went out of his way to follow every instruction I gave him down to a T. That's what I mean about quality. I just wish him well, hope he gets better and I know he'll work his magic and make me a very satisfied customer as always. :)

I would just like to praise the service I just received from mogs.com and CS Rep. Larney. I was a bit weary of making my sale at first because I had not heard anything about mogs.com. Dealing with currency exchange sites in the past was always a gamble--I never knew what kind of service I would get.
From placing the order to receiving payment (in less than an hour!), my experience with mogs was fantastic. Larney was very friendly and courteous and went beyond just doing the job and moving on to another call. They were very friendly and dispelled any fears I had about doing business with mogs.com. If all (or even most) of your CS staff is as good as Larney, then you are well off!
I always like doing business with smaller companies because they generally seem to be more in tune to the customer and not focused only on the sale. Mogs.com exemplifies this belief, and because of my experience tonight, I will be looking to do much more business with you!
