A. No. All Mogs operations are located in the USA. The Owners, Customer Service Representatives & Executives are all Americans living in the US. This gives us the advantage of American IP's which are not scrutinized like the Asian or Chinese IP's are and allows us to operate under the radar.

A. Actually Mogs has a unique "item farming" service where our Power Leveling team will grind on the mobs of your choice to get that item or items you have got to have!
What kind of payment methods do you guys accept?

What if I don't have a PayPal account?

Why does my order require voice verification?
A. In an effort to protect our customers from fraud we require a voice authorization be done on every new order placed with Mogs. This gives us a chance to insure children or someone else has not placed an order without the buyer's knowledge. Speaking to our clients on the phone also affords us the opportunity to answer any questions you may have about the process and gives us the chance explain any necessary instructions in regards to your first order.
Why do your prices change so frequently?
A. The virtual currency prices change almost as often as the stock market, some have actually made a living out of day trading virtual currency. Due to the ever changing economies of MMO worlds the prices of currency fluctuate depending on basic supply and demand. This also contributes to the reason why some server may cost more then others to buy within the same game.
How long does delivery take?
A. If your order is in stock "instant" we can usually deliver within 5-15minutes depending on how busy the site is. Deliveries not marked instant can come as soon as 30mins and on rare occasions can take up to 48hrs. We are currently operating with 90% of our orders shipping the same day they are placed!

Do you have to call every time I place an order?
A. No. This is a one time call for first time customers only. Once the authorization call is complete your order is authorized and your Mogs account will be updated to show a confirmed status. Note: We may also call to confirm large orders or drastic changes in spending patterns.

What information is required?
A. In order to properly identify and level the character of your choice, the following information is required:
  1. Account Name
  2. Account Password (Please change your password prior to ordering to ensure that we are the only party to have your new password)
  3. Server Name
  4. Character to Level
  5. For new character builds (level 1 to level xx), it is important to supply race/class/profession information.
  6. You can also add specific instructions in the Comments box during checkout.
How will I know when the power leveling is complete?
A. You will be notified by email when your order is complete.
How can I check the leveling progress of my order?
A. You can contact our live support team 24/7 via the Live Chat option on the mogs home page. You may also send an update request to powerlevel@mogs.com. Please remember to include your order number with your request.
What if I need to log into my account while you are leveling my character?
A. Please do not log into your account during the leveling process. We will require 24 hour access to your account. If you would like a status update on your order, please email a request to powerlevel@mogs.com, and/or check your character's profile on our database if you are a World of Warcraft customer.

A. Mogs.com will maintain absolute confidentially with your personal information.

How is the character leveled?
A. Your character will be leveled by a live player who grinds for you.
Are macros/bots/exploits used?
A. Mogs.com will never utilize these items to level your character. The leveling process will be legitimate and conducted in an ethical manner within the game.
Who levels my character?
A. Every character is leveled by a master player employed by Mogs.com who is intimately familiar with the leveling process.
What happens to the equipment on my character when power leveling starts?
A. No currency or items on your character when we begin leveling will be used.
What happens to the drops acquired through the leveling process?
A. Any items collected from drops during leveling will stay on your character.
What equipment will I have when the power leveling is complete?
A. Your character will have basic equipment suitable for use at the achieved level.
Can I specify what equipment I want?
A. Because drops are random, we cannot guarantee the specific equipment your character will have, but we will do our best to complete any special instructions. If you have special instructions for the leveler, please include them in the Comments box during checkout.
What happens if one of my friends contacts my character while its being leveled?
A. Our levelers will answer any contact attempts with a variation of the following, "I am very busy right now" "I will get back to you as soon as I have more time." We will never reveal our identity in game, nor will we disclose that you are using a power leveling service.
Who will know that I used this power leveling service?
A. No one will ever know you used our service, unless you decide to share that information.
Do I need to be a specific level to start the process?
A. No, you can be at any level to use the power leveling service. You can use the level to level service where available to order any combination of levels. If no level to level service is listed for your game, please email powerlevel@mogs.com with the details of the leveling you would like done to receive a custom quote.
What if I want specific levels instead of a range?
A. You can use our level to level service to specify the starting and ending levels for your order. You can use this service to find the package that is right for you, and get an instant quote on that package. I need more information about an account, how do I get this information?

Can I transfer a character I purchase to another server?
A. It varies by game, but it is possible to transfer characters between servers in games such as Eve Online, EverQuest, Final Fantasy 11 & World of Warcraft. Check with your game publisher's website for details on transfers for your game.
What should I do once I have received the account details?
A. Once you have completed an account purchase the login and password information will be sent immediately. The email address attached to the account will be available for alteration thirty days after the purchase, to ensure quality assurance.
